Product Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

a. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

b. Incorrect Items:

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the incorrect product.

 

2. Non-Returnable Products:

The following is a list of products that are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:
– Personal care and hygiene items such as swimwear, kilts, underwear, socks, potty training products, maternity belts, and health and personal hygiene products.
– Custom-made products.
– Used or damaged products.
– Products with tampered serial numbers or without a serial number.
– Products damaged due to misuse, showing signs of damage and wear even within the warranty period.
– Internationally shipped orders outside the Arabian Gulf, unless confirmed as damaged.

Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with the conditions. Then the refund process begins according to our refund policy.

 

3. Return Procedures:

a. Contact Us:

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at customer-service@cheella.com with your order number and details about the issue.

b. Return Authorization:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning the product.

c. Packaging:

Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

 

4. Refund Policy:

Refunds are eligible for defective, damaged, or incorrect products that are returned within 7 days of receipt.

b. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

c. Payment Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
